Character Creation - Name Is Pending Deletion

Hello,
I have deleted two of my characters last week. The character slots are ready to create a new character since last week wednesday. When creating a new character and pressing on complete the creation failes with the message: "this name is pending deletion. Please try again after maintenance"
I tried to create a character with some random letters, with the same result. And i tried it with the name of one of my other characters, wich should result in a message like "this name is already taken", but it still shows the error "this name is pending deletion".
The server im playing on is Europe : kyprosa.
In the server selection screen are still 5 characters shown on this server(3 used characterslots and 2 free ones).
I have already opened a ticket(#598160).
I looked up the paid character transfer where i found the deleted characters with the state "Currently ineligible for transfer" and the description "cmapi_invalid_state_char_not_found"
Im a software engineer and Im strongly guessing that theres a faulty entry in the database wich referes to the deleted characters or a NULL value.
I hope ther will be a fix for that problem.
