Character stuck in ''Transfer Pending''

Hello,
As the title says my character is stuck in ''Transfer Pending''. I restored one of my deleted characters and wanted to transfer it to another realm but i got this error after accepting the purchase ''There has been an error processing your request''. I checked my bank account and didn't get charged for the transfer.
I would like to transfer my character so do I have to wait until the problem solves itself or can any action be taken from blizzard's side?
