The boy had spent his fair amount of time here now. He was more then enough adapted, adapted a bit hidden to most things. His mute peregrine falcon was off somewhere scouting for the man. As he sat near the creak to lap up some water cleaning his muzzle free from the duck he had caught for himself. Lately he had been thinking maybe too much or too little about his life here in the pack. Somehow naturally he felt like he belonged here, and he hadn't felt that in a long time. Weather it was Sitca or not he wasn't sure. It left his turquoise eyes to just stare into the water. Until he closed them and yawned opening his jaws wide.
Winter had come and gone quickly enough, it made the male happy. Some unfond memories plagued his mind when the place was covered in snow. A small ache in his heart was healing over like a wound scab. And it had been that way for a few seasons at that. Sometimes he figured he should start getting over it, but had no idea how. The run away prince was not much to look at after all. His slim healthy form rippling in the sun light of the spring morning. As he pulled his red ears back as he gave another sigh to his slight depression. Not that anyone cared anyway.
Sitca slowly made her way to the small stream to grab a drink of water, well also to cool down from the duties of this world. Her tail swayed calmly as the spring breeze slew through her thick winter fur, which has yet to shed. Sitca looked like a fluffy pup in the winter, her fur grows so thick that her ears like go almost invisible, and her eyes well you have to look hard to see them. It was the curse of having the gene for cold weather, she stayed warm but the cost is her looking like a fur of mess. Now her fur was not that bad it has gone down some bit since spring showed up, but she still looked like a mess of fur. Her steps were light and delicate to the point she was almost silent while walking. As she grew nearer to the stream her red eyes caught the sight of Miharu, He was here also. She could feel her heart beating with so much force that she swore that she was going to drop dead from a heart attack.
"What am i going to do, these feelings that i hold scares me. Should i turn around and walk the other way, or should i continue on word. What am i suppose to do, this male makes me feel weak, like the only one who could bring me to my knees. I am terrified, but yet i loath for him, my every thought and dream is that of him, and it scares me." Her argument in her head with her self took to the conclusion that she should continue on with her walk to get water. She made her feet move, since they did not want to move they felt like they weighted a ton each. As she came up to him she smiled her tail swayed with delight as she spoke to him in a calm bubbly tone, one that a love struck dame uses. "Hello Miharu, Isn't a pleasant day."

The man looked up with his turqoise glowing eyes at the girl. Gray splashes reflecting his eye color, as he moved a bit away from the source of water. Oddly enough the alphess was happy, and he had to admit it was rather cute if nothing at all. As he gave a short clearing of his throat he turned away a bit flicking his red tipped tail. Indeed it was a nice day so he gave a nod to the girl, a bit nervous and he didn't know why. Though he knew exactly why and simply didn't want to admit it since he had been in love before. He remembered the feeling of having his heart ripped out when his lover died as well though. Giving the memory some thought he shoved it aside, looking up at the woman who looked like a fluffy furball at the moment. Miharu was lucky he didn't get so fluffy, just thicker fur from the months of winter they had at his old home.
"Where did you come from Sitca, before Amaranth?" Miharu asked curiously. Standing at his full height, while of course it was a bit out of bounds, but he was never afraid to ask questions. She obviously could reject if she wished, but perhaps it was one way to get his mind off of things. In the end the more he time he spent around Sitca the more and more he felt like wanting to learn about her, protect her, awww fuck, he was falling in love with her. He knew it for a fact.
