Lots of scars. Some hidden and some are not. The most visible is three on his rib cage. He also has a white patch of fur that is barely visible on his chest.

Appearance Description: Vengeance is male with a large and long frame. He stands at a good 42 inches and weighs 175 pounds. He isn't stocky but thick muscles are evident under his thin pelt. His has thin ebony fur running the length of his body with grey hairs mixed in mostly on the upper part of his body. A small white spot resides on his chest barely evident from the black that surrounds it. He has a thick muzzle with strong jaws. A set of crimson and silvery blue orbs rest on his dome. Thick scars cover his body some hidden by his fur and others are not. The largest one is the one of his left side where 3 marks run down his rib cage. The remains of where a bear swiped at him. He has larger than normal paws with ice white claws.
Personality: To sum Vengeance up he's a hard ass. He doesn't have much humor and life is not a game to this male. Three years of living has taught this male that it's easier to die than it is to live. To him it's survival of the fittest. Anyone else that can't follow that rule isn't worth the life they contain. What humor he has doesn't pertain to petty jokes or small talk; he finds humor in the heat of battle and ripping enemies to shreds. Though he enjoys the thrill of a battle this brute doesn't go out and mercilessly kill. He suffers from post traumatic stress at times though and there's times when he can snap and attack those around him. During his episodes he lives in the past envisioning things to the point where it feels real to him. Anything within at least 100 yards in not safe.
Any other time though he's a somewhat friendly creature once you get to know him and understand him. He has a natural distrust for others and it takes him a bit to fully get used to another presence. He's a warrior at heart and hopes to die like one; his strong sense of justice and his belief on how the world should be is the only thing that keeps him going. At times he may seem depressed or down; his past constantly haunts him, tormenting him and at times he can be heard talking to himself or another being yet no one will be there. He's half crazy and somewhat unstable; he prefers to be alone but it isn't uncommon of him to join a pack when times get rough.
His rampages can only be cured by he beloved, Felicity, of whom he believes to be lost. She is also the one thing he will go into fits of rage for. One tooth or claw raised against her and he'll lose his mind. Anything that lays within his path is at risk of being mauled. Once let lose he's like a hurricane that cannot be contained. Blood is like water is to a hurricane and only fuels him further. Needless to say it's best not to press his buttons.
History: Vengeance was born to a pack of wolves destined for extinction. The pack was small and famine had long since struck; it was truly a miracle that any members were alive at all. It wasn't long before sickness struck in; the remaining wolves foamed at the mouth and went crazy attacking any living being within their range. Though Vengeance never remembered any of it his father stayed back to protect the pack and fight against the deadly disease while his mother carried him to safety. She left him by an abandoned shack where she believed he would be safe. There she left him hoping another wolf would find him. Knowing the disease would soon overtake her she ran found the closest poisonous plant and attempted to kill herself. Her body was resilient though and she lay in a coma-like state for a few days before her body rid itself of the toxins. From there she lived her body resisting the plague that had taken the lives of others. Her mate was dead as was most of her family so she wandered until she found a new pack. From there she rebuilt her life, took on a new mate, and had another son, Frost (Played by hellhound), and raised him until disaster struck once more. Needless to say she's no longer alive and Frost and Vengeance have no idea they are even related.
Vengeance was indeed found by someone but it wasn't a wolf; humans still lived in the area and stumbled upon him as they searched for rare herbs. They took him in and nursed him until they were able to give him away. He was sent to a facility where he spent his younger years being trained by them. It was rough; the humans were no joke. Often whipped into obedience he found himself acting as their little puppet. They provided him with food and unable to escape he obeyed. While he was there he met Felicity; another wolf held captive there. They became best friends and as they grew they formed a strong bond of friendship. Neither could be seen apart from the other.
At the age of two their training was complete; their time at the facility only became harder though. They were pitted against other animals. Experiments to test the strength of wolves against dogs and other animals of similar sizes. Both wolves accumulated many scars. Only a few months after becoming an adult Vengeance found himself in a near death experience after being placed in a cage with a grizzly with Felicity and two other wolves. No one died, the humans wouldn't allow it, but Vengeance was struck in the side leaving deep gashes. He still carries the scars from it. He was lucky to live though; loss of blood almost killed him.
By the age of three he had had enough; he'd fought more battles than an old veteran of a pack. The humans weren't done with him though nor Felicity. A new drug was to be tested; the only one's out of the wolves whom survived were Vengeance and Felicity. They were unable to escape though both tried continuously. Bother feared for their lives. It was like being a large lab rat except the they didn't die. The tests were never ending.
Vengeance found himself in love with Felicity; the dire need to protect her overrode everything else. He vowed to get them both out if it was the last thing he did. He stayed true to his promise; on a cold and windy night they did escape. Not without bloodshed though. Vengeance was shot twice acquiring yet more scars but both made it out alive. The humans didn't go without fatalities though; a few were killed on his rampage to get his mate out.
Once she was stabbed with a dagger. That fueled him and the human that committed the crime died a gruesome death.
They escaped into the wilderness where he cared for her and they even joined a small band of wolves. Their happiness didn't last long. A tracker had been placed on Felicity; right as they were settling in they found the small band. Killing the three other wolves and then capturing Felicity. Vengeance managed to escape but not without feeling major regret for letting his mate be captured.
He was unable to go back though; heart broken and filled with remorse he tried again and again to help her. Instead he was stuck watching her through the bars. Vengeance was forced to leave to find a life for himself. He swore to come back though and wasn't around for the destruction of the facility nor the escape of his mate. He lives his life attempting to find her till his dying breath.
