Are the trees really this inviting?

Justice meandered along the stream he had come along, Justice wondered how the terrain could change so drastically is such a short time. I guess...I guess the forest..wasn't all...there was... Justice thought. Justice had been traveling for days in search of any wolf life, but he had yet to find any. Justice felt alone in this forest, and the sun was starting to set. Justice hated the dark, and Justice knew that soon, he would have to find a place to lay. Justice couldn't possibly be out after dark, otherwise, well, Justice just couldn't be out after dark.
Justice thought about the many places he had been, all in search of other wolves. Justice was beginning to think he was alone. After being in the forest with his family for so long, Justice had grown accustomed to the idea, that the pack and family were all that existed. Justice knew, however, that other wolves had to exist. Justice didn't know this for sure, but what else did he have to hold on too?
Justice peered over his shoulder to look at the flowing water next to him. Despite the fact that the stream was barely larger than Justice himself, his fear of water prevented him from getting in. Justice's love for water, on the other hand, prevented him from straying too far away. Justice didn't know what it was about the water that he liked, but he did, and Justice was using it, and only it, as his guide. Justice felt a slight breeze rush through his fur before deciding to run.
Justice sprinted as such a speed that his paws barely even hit the ground. Justice had always run faster tha than the wolves of his pack; he didn't know if that was because of his tendency to run from others, or his love for chasing after bunnies. Justice chose the latter.
As Justice ran, he noticed that the sky was still ever darkening, yet Justice didn't stop, his speed ever increasing. Justice thinks of his brother, Legacy, and how he ran from him when he was exiled by his own father. Justice's mind wanted to float on Legacy more, it wanted to make Justice feel useless again, but tonight, Justice was going to keep running. That is, of course, unless something happened that would scare Justice, although the feat of scaring Justice was not in any was a feat, more of a commonground for being around Justice.
Justice didn't ponder on any of these things as he ran, Justice just kept moving forward, unaware of the urge that was knocking at his sense. Something very clear, and very important was trying to get Justice`s attention, yet he didn't notice it at all. Justice was running full speed into the depths of another wolve's territory.
