She was quick to be making her ties in these lands. After all, it seemed like they were all fairly new here. To establish their packs, and other things. Though Riv hated all the sense of formality, she knew she had to do it. Standing at the borders the giant beast standing at four feet tall let out a short howl. She wanted the packs to be friends with each other. After all Riv had heard great things about this pack so far. She wouldn't be surprised if the leader was a magnificent wolf, personality and strength wise. Riv was the same way even though she was her own person after all.

Her fox was nearby as well. Riv watched the small red fox hide between her stomach and the ground, in which was pretty far considering her size. It was weird how she found herself not paying attention to size anyway. She had seen Zakuro fight, and he was small, smaller than the average wolf. At times he could be feisty as well. Anyhow though, she pushed those thoughts out of her head as she waited for the alphess to show herself.

This morning was like any other morning, or Sitca assumed that it was. She slowly made her way around her land, just scouting out many different things. What she was to find was indeed a mystery to her, after all nothing is set in stone. And Sitca knew this from experience, her parents on the other hand seemed to try to manipulate that. Of course it failed, yep blew up in their faces like an unstable case of TNT. Sitca did not care about that, after all she managed to get her own pack and make something of her self. With the end of that thought Sitca's ears sat up, and swiveled upon the top of her head. A call rang throughout her lands, one that sounded of professional matters.

She looked in the direction of the sound, and started her way to go meet the other behind the call. Who ever this may be Sitca knew that she needs to remain upon her toes. After all their are many in this world who wish to over power you and deceive you. As she approached the other, she was well pleased with this particular figure. The other turned out to be a she wolf, a large one at that, and she smelled of the Raggs Kingdom. Sitca carried her self closer to the figure and gave a respectful bow before she continued with the introductions, and down to the reason that she came to her lands.

"Hello Welcome to Amaranth Pack Lands. I am Sitca the Duchess of the pack. I determined from the call you sent out that this is a business encounter."

Formality, she hated it. Riv put on a small smile and dipped her head in respect for the fellow leader. It was always nice to meet someone who was equal, even though Riv knew she really wouldn't ever be able to meet anyone who was her equal. Not in all the pain, not in all her weakness, as well as strength. If so, it was far in the future, since her last equal had died in a rather horrific murder. Just the same as her last two mates. "I'm Rivaxorus Mistress of the Raggs kingdom, I came to Amaranth in the hopes of setting up an alliance. I feel it could benefit us both. And Raggs do not believe in the word betrayal so you have no worries about us clawing you behind your back so to speak." She stated simply, hoping it'd be enough information. Though she was willing to give more if needed, it wasn't any problem. The one thing she hated was having to act formal. Riv felt she could get her point across when she was being herself, not some formal ball of fur constricting itself.

"We are a kingdom based pack, where military and normal members are set apart. As well as Doctors. While I give final decisions." She explained, hoping that it would give a sense of trust to know how the pack worked. Either way Riv hoped she would leave, without wounds, and without a new enemy. She hated making enemies, more than anything. She hated killing, but sometimes, you just had to do it.

Sitca watched as the alpha of Raggs gave a introduction back to her, this was indeed something that Sitca looks for in others. Mostly if they are here for business, and not a personal means, So in this case it hold more value. She stood their tail swaying gently as she listened to the dame speak about the alliance and how her pack is not one to betray their word. She liked this, and Rivaxours was doing a good job in convincing her to become an alliance with them. Her tail swayed gently as she listened to this dame speak with a since of confidence that Sitca could not over look. The next thing that she spoke of is how her pack is separated from the military and civilians, that was a unique way to rule, but seems very effective.

Once Rivaxours finished talking Sitca nodded at her and she too spoke in a calm but strong voice."I see.. I am pleased to know that you will not betray the alliance if we do get one. I would like to let you know we won't betray the alliance either. I am of my word, and i would rather fall victim to deaths grasp before i betray my word.Come walk with me, and we can discuss this over a drink. The lake is not to far from here, That is if you would care to joining me." She said as she looked at Rivaxours waiting patiently for a response from the dame who came to her with an proposal.

Rivaxorus gave off a smiled, it was nice, all the formal stuff was out of the way. Well formal to her anyway, she would love to join the other queen after all, her territory seemed luscious. Far different from raggs, who made their home in the desert in which if you didn't know how to live in it, would make a quick meal of you. "It'd be lovely to take a walk with you." Riv responded dipping her head as she pulled herself besides the fae, waiting for her to lead the way. It was obvious she was taller than sitca, but she was taller than most wolves here anyway. What was even more odd was her left leg, with the small wristband on it with the E marking attached which was dedicated to her dead younger sister.

"It nearly seems like you got the better land of the lot, until others appear near here of course. At the moment the other packs don't seem to be hostile." Rivaxorus said, trying to make the conversation a bit more comfortable. After all, if it was silent, it'd be a bit awkward.

Sitca looked back to see if her guest was following her, her tail swayed gently as she turned her gaze back infront of her. Sitca was pleased with this dame, her ears slightly perked up as she spoke, complimenting her lands, and what not. This was good that as of now the other packs did not seem hostile one bit, but that could change if things do not work out with something of the other packs. Sitca nodded at Riv's statement, she spoke in a calm neutral voice. "Thank you for the compliment on my home. As for the other packs, not being hostile as of right now is the best thing we could hope for."

Sitca soon saw the lake with in the distance, not much was said until they reached the lake. Once their Sitca took a seat upon her haunches and looked over at Riv. "Guests first." She said in a happy and bubbly tone, she was always raised up to let the guest get the first go on anything. Sitca rapped her tail around her front paws and thought to herself. "This treaty of alliance i am sure that it would turn out to be a positive thing. I am thinking of accepting ehr proposal but i would like to get to know the person whom she will be an ali to is like. To her that is an important factor as well.

Rivaxorus stretched herself over to the large pool of water. Her head lowering as she lapped her tongue across the fresh feeling of the liquid over her throat. It was so much more cool then the water in the desert, unless it came around winter. Where unlike most thought, it got even colder than the north at times. Her black tail flicking behind her as she raised her head. Looking at Sitca, there was a lot Riv knew, and if it was one thing, no matter how different they were it didn't take much to get along with someone.

"So Sitca, how is your pack doing? I've gotten a few members hassled together, though most are family." Rivaxorus asked curiously. Shifting her weight to make her left leg more comfortable with its wristband on it. Sometimes it could be a bit irritating, but she refused to take it off unless she was cleaning it. It was a keep sake from her sister.

Sitca stood up and made her way to the edge of the lake, her tail swayed gently as she lowered her head. The cool water was lapped up by her tongue, and ran down her throat. The cool sensation made Sitca smile with ease, some small drips of water rolled down her maw as she looked at Riv. Her question about the pack and the members, Sitca was glad that Riv's pack was doing well. She dipped one paw in the water and raised it just to see the water run down her paw and trickle off only to land in the water below. Just then her eyes raised from the water and to Riv, her voice was calm but still had that alpha tone to it. "I would say that my pack is doing well, total as of now we have three permanent members. Well permanent for now, after all we can't know what the future holds for us."

She gazed around the area, the cool wind blew through her fur. This was a defended sign of winter and she liked it, after all winter was her favorite season of them all. Her mid drifted back to her guest as she asked a questions well more of a statement."So Rivaxours, how do you like being the leader of a pack, i find it thrilling, me personally i could never be second to someone." With out realizing it she hinted a part of her past to riv.

Rivaxorus watched the much smaller female with interest. She had much more members than that. If you counted Valant, then she had a total of around five members not including herself perhaps. Though that was not needed information, because if they were allies then numbers meant nothing on the matter. Though when she asked about being a leader she nearly had to hold back a chuckle. Sometimes when she found someone speaking about their leadership in such a way she found it humorous. Simply because the way she had lived her life even if she were second to someone, she was known to having them let her become in power. Even if it took time, that was how things layed themselves out. After all she was of royals, royals of the slums that was. As she raised her head brown ears perked forward.

"I've been on both sides of the coin before, this isn't my first time leading a pack. I have to say I find it my duty more than anything enjoyable. Sometimes I find myself in situations where wolves press being a leader on me and it kind of just happens." The woman said with a shrug. She sure as hell could back up the title though. Her fair share of blood on her paws was no laughing matter. Specially when it came to her son and brother at that. Though them along with her daughter, were dearly missing. She didn't even know if they were on these lands.

Sitca looked at riv and smiled with delight, maybe this alliance thing would turn out to be a great thing. Sitca was never the type to make alliances, but considering the small amount of members she had, and the ones riv had. This would be a wise choice to make in her part, and she knew that. Sitca stood up her tail swayed gently as she looked over at the dame, her red eyes focused on Riv, and in a strong leader like voice, well the one she always holds, Sitca spoke to Riv ready to accept her proposal. Rivaxours i accept your proposal of alliance ship." Sitca spoke with pride, she knew that they will become great alliance throughout the time on this land. "I hope that this alliance ship remains for generations, and with that if you rivaxours have anything to speak of please do so. I am open to hear terms that you may hold on this topic."

Rivaxorus couldn't help but to chuckle at the other alphess, she was indeed an interesting one. If she had known no better, she would have taken it as an insult of her words. Though being so much bigger, she had learned to deal with others far more mellow on that factor. One side of her they never wanted to see was the side of her where she hunted down her enemies. And simply wanted to tear their throats free of their bodies, one side of her she never showed. Not unless it was in secret, and away from the others for the most part. Her shifting brown form towards the nearly same hued woman. As She pressed her snout over her shoulder, signifying a complete deal all in itself. She couldn't help but to think she was one of the darker ones. They were all like that though.
"Perhaps when we have children, a arranged marriage could be in order? While it may be some time, it'd signify unity to the fullest. And the children can choose who they love out of the litters, its only a matter of time one can fall in love with each other from being together." She said, thinking about it. "If they refuse though, and feel forced into it, we do not need to. I know how much trouble an unhappy couple can cause." Rivaxorus flicked her black tail. It was no stranger to herself of these things. After seeing her friend Dakota, get married arranged though he and his wife were still strictly happy.
